Terms and Conditions

LIABILITIES OF THE COMPANY
GO&STAY IS AN EVENT ORGANIZATION COMPANY THAT COMBINES THE SERVICES OF OTHER COMPANIES OR SERVICE PROVIDERS TO CARRY OUT THEIR ACTIVITY.
PROGRAMS OFFERING CAN BE EITHER PRE-DEFINED PROGRAMS AND PRODUCTS TAILORED TO EACH CLIENT.

Customer Responsibility
The client must respect the laws in force, including the Highway Code in all activities organized under the umbrella of Go&Stay, not forgetting civic norms and environmental protection.
It is your sole responsibility to comply with all the documentation and / or characteristics necessary to comply with the law with regard to the vehicle you are using.


Non-Liability Clauses
Go&Stay can not be held responsible or charged for any accident or injury, any degree, arising from any occurrence in the course of their activities, whether arising, caused or contributed to by the customer, by third parties or by guides, hired staff or Go&Stay, except that the legislation establish otherwise.
Go&Stay reserves the right to change or cancel the activities whenever it might think there exist relevant security issues and / or force majeure, namely, weather issues and street barriers. Whenever the company registers a situation which needs a change, the company responsible for this activity within the activity will have the power of decision over such decision as well as it will be responsible for that decision.


Liability Insurance
Go&Stay holds a public liability insurance for damages caused within its activity.

 


 

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Each activity has a specific housing scheme and options; the terms of payment and reimbursement percentages follow the below rules:
- A 30% payment for reservation will be required, regardless of the date on which such reservation is made;
- The remainder of the payment must be made no later than 20 days prior to the activity date;
- In case of cancellation, if it is made before 20 days of activity, Go&Stay will reimburse the customer for the reservation. If cancellation is made before 15 days of the activity, Go&Stay will refund the customer 50% of the amount already received. If cancellation is made within 15 days of the activity, there will not be any refund.
- Up to 20 days from the date of the activity, Go&Stay reserves the right to its cancellation if the minimum number of participants required not reached. Should this situation arise, the customer will be notified and reimbursed 100% of the value received by then.


- All prices include VAT at the legal rate.
